Refunds/returns Policy
Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 15% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase.
If you find your item(s) broken or damaged, please call us on +27 21 7978233 or email returns@hemporium.com within 24hours of recieving your goods. Please be ready to provide proof of the damage and we'll attend to it as soon as possible.
Payment Options
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). We accept credit card payments via the website and on request will supply our banking details should you wish to make payment via EFT or Direct Deposit. (provide a link with bank details)
